This talk highlights also how software teams need to be cross functional (in this case with lawyers, managers, politicians), to even be able to keep up with the changes that are inherent in this system (social security in Sweden)

This talk really highlights how everything is moving towards being a technology problem, or at least fully dependant on technology to work. The amount of Tech that needs to be maintained and skills kept is mind boggling.

Many legislative decisions are only implemented in software! Some of those are long lived, others come as a surprise and need urgent implementation. Sounds like they need to be very #Agile
