ASANTE EXPEDITIONS AND CONQUERS Details of all Asante expeditions and conquers. On my deeper reflection of why some people hate Asante, about 90% of the reason is because, Asante once conquered them and subdued them under the Asante Kingdom. Most of them, if you ask them why the hate, the obvious answer they normally give is, Asantes think they are wise and smart but inwardly, the root of the hate is why did Asante conquered them and some even up till today don't want their new generation to know that, they were once part of Asanteman. Some of them, even their Chiefs were selected by Manhyia until the Dodowa / katamanso war which Asante and British signed a treaty using the river Pra as boundary between Asante and Gold Coast. This treaty helped freed states like Akyem Abuakwa, Assin, Denkyira from Asante. Asante always talk about their losts wars and so they proudly talk about their victories. Several books have been written and well documented about Asante expeditions and conquers but when we bring these facts out, instead of people appreciating history, they resort to insults and what have you. Let's appreciate history by reading about it, if someone brings out facts that you don't understand, try to educate yourself by researching about it, rater than resorting to insult. But the big question is, can the insults change the history? Asante in anyday, almost always, appreciate the fact that, it was once under the tyrant rule of Denkyirahene, Ntim Gyakari. That's where our beginning started, so why will Asante talk about it's history without mentioning Denkyira, so they are also right to talk about what happened at Feyiase and hence 1701. The like of Denkyirahemaa, other royals of Denkyira, Akyem Abuakwa, Dɔmaa and others always skew history and twist the facts only to favour them. Why don't they talk about their victories and losts like Asante who always talk about their lost at wars but are proudly never to hesitate to talk about the conquers and glories. These inhabitants were divided into several social strata. At the top were local rulers (teteuhctin), then came nobles (pipiltin), commoners (macehualtin), serfs (mayeque), and finally slaves (tlacohtin). The strata seem to have been relatively fixed but there is some evidence of movement between them, especially in the lower classes.

However, this discovery has shed light on the advanced navigational skills of ancient mariners, demonstrating their ability to undertake open-sea voyages across the Mediterranean.
