My name is Jim Cox. I am our Director of Logistics and Fulfillment here at Bromate. Hi, I'm Carly. I am the wholesale Operations Manager. I've been here for a little over a year and I just handle and manage all things wholesale related, vendor compliance and chargebacks and making sure that we are following all the rules. If you were a cheese, what cheese would you be? What would represent you? I'd say that I'm a nice camera Bay. Ohh, no, not really. I'm I'm American cheese. I am like the most basic. American dude that that exists, but everybody loves you. That's a great one. I would say that I maybe. Parmesan cheese. Uh, kind of like Jim, I feel like Parmesan cheese goes well with a lot of things. You want it on pizza and Italian food, but then it's like really good on Caesar salads. And like, I like it a little bit edgier than American cheese, but still works with no, no surprise there in our answers. Can you describe the challenges Brumate faced with managing retail compliance and chargebacks before partnering with Retail Ready? We did have like a shared Google Doc, but it was a lot of manual entry. And managing all of our chargebacks on a Google Doc isn't incredibly efficient. And there was no way to really upload evidence or supporting documents as far as like pack lists or BOL or anything that we do to maybe dispute a chargeback we couldn't run. Meaningful reports to influence under behavior. So the plus side with Retail Ready is that we can, we can download analytics and reports to see where we stand and where, where our vendors stand as well. And then just the inability to track financial impact. So that goes alongside with the benefits of Retail Ready, but we're able to pull reports and see how we've been affected. Financially. Would love if you could dive a little bit deeper into how specifically Retail Ready platform has changed the way your team handles chargebacks on the management and dispute resolution side, As Carly mentioned before, we were managing this out of a Google Doc and it was incredibly unorganized. And so we really didn't have statuses to understand where we were as we were filing disputes, just recording chargebacks in general where we were in the process as you engage your retail partners. Or your vendors who may have been responsible. The retail ready platform has given us a centralized location to go to manage things from start to finish and close out those non compliances that come up and know what the resolution point was.
