Spirit AI, China’s only embodied intelligence company with AI + robot productivity-level full-stack technical capabilities, recently received nearly 200 million yuan in seed round + angel round of financing. The angel round financing was led by HLC and participated by Fortune Capital and Fibonacci VC. At the same time, existing shareholders Shunwei Capital and Vitalbridge Capital continued to increase their investment in this seed round. Shunwei led the seed round financing of Spirit AI in 2024 and provided continuous support in this round of financing. Spirit AI’s team members come from top universities and foreign companies such as UC Berkeley, CMU, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Zhejiang University, Xiaomi, Huawei, Tencent and DJI.
