What range below prime would you guess to secure for a performing $2M storage loan at 65% LTP in a 100k population market?

11moThe savings is actually higher when you include the Lender's Spread on top of the WSJP Rate. Some lenders charge 0 bps all the way up to 150 bps over WSJP depending on the risk profile of the deal. All that to say, savings can be substantial.
