London’s Hard Rock Hotel is in the final stage of construction, a 164-room upscale development that will push the total investment into 100 Kellogg Lane to more than $100 million, reported The London Free Press. This machine amazes me. It’s found in almost every amenity space (hotels, apartment complexes, offices, etc). I’m pretty sure it’s about $800/month. BY FAR the most used amenity based on what I’ve seen. Does $800/month get 80% of the amenity satisfaction? #realestate #commercialrealestate #coffee
