How the City of London will look in 2030. City of London Corporation has released new images showing how the capital’s financial district could look by 2030. The computer-generated imagery (CGI) visualises all major developments that have been approved or resolved to be approved by the City Corporation over the past 12 months. The Corporation’s Planning and Transportation Committee received 25% more applications compared with the same period last year. This Miami Beach garage/guest house structure was originally built in the 1920s and then renovated multiple times over a century. The exterior landscaping was very overgrown, covering about half of the exterior walls and other details. Our scanning was able to pick up enough data to draft a full set of accurate as-built Autocad files including elevations, floor plans, reflected ceiling plans and a roof plan. Details include lighting, plumbing and electrical items.
