I am an experienced Project Manager and a DXC employee for past 3 years and I can very well say that I love working in this organization. The work culture, people and work life balance is not comparable. I work from India remotely. Very well deserved !!

1moIs it really safe to be a DXC employee? I think the answer is NO. Today an unfortunate event happened with one of your employees while coming back from the office. While he was riding back, he was receiving continuous calls from the office. He picked one of the calls and said he will call back after reaching home, which is a 40 mins ride. But from the office they forced him to be on call without caring for his safety. Unfortunately he met with a small accident today as he got distracted. This is not the first time this type of incident happened. The office has no respect for after office timings nor do they care for the weekends. I can still understand if there is a P1 or P2 but they call him for anything and everything. The personal phone is only a service desk. Reported to HR but no positive response. But today's what happened is morally not accepted. If something major would have happened... will DXC Technology take the responsibility on his employees behalf. I hope someone will notice the post and will take action for the Bangalore based 3 years old employee.
