Lessons learned for Communication on Change..... *Currently The Department of Education are just randomly pushing stuff out there without consultation with all the impacted stakeholders. *They'd save themselves so much hassle by adapting their communication and approach to Change. *Change that is to everyone's benefit introduced with input from all stakeholders from the start will of course be welcome and come to pass with the right planning and supports in place. *The As-is approach is massively impacting everyone, creating complete unnecessary stress, waste of people time and public funds, which could be better used! *Get all the right people around the table to agree it before you just throw it out there like this. 🤷♀️ From the start - Think Benefits Realisation.... *What will this Change deliver? *Who will benefit and who will need to participate in making it happen? *They are the persons you need buy-in from before you just go ahead and do it. *If they are stakeholders they need to be on your project team in workshops and you need to consider their time with respect as part of your planning to ensure success. https://lnkd.in/ewk9ZiVS
