Morning everyone. It's been a while since I've done a a proper sort of video update. I'm sure you'll have seen a few over the last sort of six weeks or so at various different conferences and some updates, updates there. However, I'm excited to say that I'm now back, No more travelling for a while, not until early next year anyway. So yeah, I'm around, I'm ready and got lots and lots of new roles that we're working on. I think the conversations that we had at the conferences have been really, really. Positive um the the sort of thoughts from everyone that's there and the view on the market is, is very, very on the up. So yeah, I'm really excited about where things are going and it seems like that's the the sort of sentiment across the channel as well and not just in one specific technology or area of dynamics, it's right across the board. I think I made a post earlier in the week to say that for the probably at the moment we we've got an even split of of jobs across the board whereas traditionally. It's we've we've tended to be busier on the business central side, but that's not the case at the moment. We've got everything. So if you're working in the Dynamics 365 space looking for a new role or if you're needing help employing any talent within your team, you know we're here to help. We would love to have a chat and see well firstly give advice and and see if that's something that we can partner on. But yeah, really excited about where things are going. We've got another sort of eight, 7-8 weeks until Christmas obviously, then there's a little bit of a lull. But I'm expecting things to to really kick off in the next few. So if you need anything as I said drop me a message, we can arrange a time to speak and also just to say there are a couple of contracts which is is great after the year that we've had. So I think we are looking for a F&O supply chain consultant, an Ethno developer and a SharePoint developer. At the moment there are three key contracts that we are working on. Which conferences are you attending during the remainder of 2024? There are loads of great meetings towards the back of the year which cover all different areas of the Dynamics and Power Platform stack and I know it is the highlight of the year for many people in the community. I've had several conversations recently with businesses and candidates across the D365FO and D365BC spaces about the growing demand for Business Central and Finance & Operations! The general feedback is that Business Central is securing more projects than before, thanks to its improved functionality and capabilities in handling multi-currency and multi-country projects. When you consider Business Central's faster implementation, lower project costs, and lower licensing fees, it's easy to see why it's gaining popularity. That said, I still believe D365FO has a significant role to play, and I'm anticipating a strong year for it in 2025! What are your thoughts?
