As the only Belgian woman that finished in the top 5 of La Grande Course (the toughest international ski mountaineering competitions), I know how important it is for peak performance. It's designed to slow down and reflect. That’s also how you clear your 🧠 to prepare for the starting line. It benefits your mindset: If you’re rested and well-prepared when you start the race, you manage stress and are more confident. During my corporate career I experienced the same. It’s sometimes crucial to ease up the pace a bit so that we can reflect and boost our energy & creativity. By ensuring that there is a shift between accelerating and slowing down to reflect, not only will tasks be done better in the long run but it will also create space for creativity, renewal and growth. Every day, I get to my channel curiosity into solving customer challenges. 3. Being part of a global team offers the opportunity to learn from diverse cultures. 4.
