As Pride Month comes to a close, we're thrilled to share photos of our incredible Dynata employees from the APAC regions celebrating with joy, unity, and a spirit of inclusivity. Yesterday, we held an incredible global virtual celebration with around 300 employees tuning in from across the globe.
But the celebration doesn't stop here! Our employees in other regions continue to spread the love and celebrate Pride throughout July. At Dynata, we believe that Pride is more than just a month-long event; it's a commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, acceptance, and equality every single day.

Colleagues, take a look at this wonderful initiative created by the InText HR team at the last corporate event in the Ukrainian office dedicated to team building and boosting creativity. 😀 🎨
Each employee could come and paint something on the canvas. For those who are used to taking responsibility for every action, it can be quite challenging to allow themselves to make a brushstroke without fully understanding the consequences.
At the same time, it is a collective effort: several people are painting the picture, sharing collective responsibility for the final result. Other employees might question your work, asking, "What is that brushstroke? Does it fit our overall painting?" 🙄
It creates an interesting mix where people, on the one hand, develop their creativity by allowing themselves to create, and on the other hand, must stay within the framework of the team goals, which, in this case, are getting shape as the work progresses.
A huge thank you to Oleksandra Khorsun and Anastasiya Levandovska for the idea and implementation. Long live teamwork, together we are strong. 🏆 💪
P.S. In conclusion, I would like to add that this event took place on May 24, 2024, in the city of Dnipro during the war. Despite the objectively difficult circumstances, I truly believe that tough life situations, regardless of our desires, temper us, bring us together, and make us stronger. After all, diamonds are formed in the depths of the earth only under extreme pressure and high temperatures. 💎 💎 💎
