What drives us to keep pushing forward? 🚀 At Dyno, being an AAViator means more than just showing up—it’s about taking ownership of our mission and holding ourselves to the highest standards. During our recent Term Planning, AAViators brought their expertise, pouring in time and energy to push their best ideas forward and take responsibility for moving our work ahead. We didn’t just plan together; we challenged ourselves to raise the bar. And yes, we had fun along the way! In return, we built something deeper: a true sense of community. Through our internal science fair, we showcased progress in different teams, opened up to tough questions, and embraced the transparency that drives real growth. We invested in leadership development with a leadership workshop series, making sure we are equipped to keep Dyno moving toward excellence. And it wasn’t all serious—there was plenty of time to enjoy the process, whether through thoughtful discussions or team bonding events like our company-wide scavenger hunt. Dyno is back from our tour of conferences! We covered a lot of ground at #ASGCT2024 #SynBioBeta2024 and #ARVO24, presenting on our brain and eye capsids, the importance of AI translatability, and how AI-driven protein design will dramatically expand the impact of gene therapies.
