Are you using personal health data to train AI? Do you have AI-powered decision-making tools that use personal information? State-level privacy and AI legislation and rulemaking continue to develop, putting pressure on companies to assess their compliance now rather than waiting for more law and guidance. Privacy laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act and Colorado Privacy Act are still a main driver of AI protections at the state level.
