Workshop 5: "Cyber Mercenaries: The Search for Policy Solutions" delves into the burgeoning cyber mercenary industry and the urgent need for comprehensive regulatory frameworks to secure both online and offline environments. 🤝 I am particularly excited to hear from Andy Garth, Director of Government Affairs at ESET, during this workshop. 🌐 Today in Rome, public institutions and leading Italian entities in #cybersecurity gathered at the #Farnesina for a national conference to launch a joint project aimed at strengthening Italy's international stance against rising cyber threats. I am deeply honored and grateful to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Agenzia per la Cybersicurezza Nazionale (ACN) for the invitation and for giving me the opportunity to contribute with my address. This conference marks the beginning of a series of initiatives aimed at mapping and leveraging national expertise to meet international collaboration requests. 🤝 Public and private sectors united to create a "#Cyber Capacity Building" ecosystem 🤝
