Got clutter? Most of you could probably say yes to this! But what is it costing you on a personal level? And how could it be making things harder as you struggle through the 'Modern Woman Juggle' of children, family, and health? Most of you have heard that clutter can impact your overall mental well-being, and this effect can be magnified when you are running around doing everything for everyone. Decluttering is a surprisingly useful approach to help reduce stress and make life easier whilst juggling it all. The less clutter in your home means it is quicker to tidy and clean, freeing up time so you can focus on reconnecting with yourself, remembering who you are and what you love to do. I'm really looking forward to sharing this talk with ways that decluttering makes the modern woman juggle easier with Caterham WI on Wednesday, 15 January, 2025. Looking for a speaker for your next event? Message me if you think your audience would find value in tips and strategies for decluttering.

The other night at dinner my kids asked me '𝘞𝘩𝘺 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘴𝘰 𝘰𝘣𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘥 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺'𝘳𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘭𝘶𝘯𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘳𝘰𝘸?' Without hesitation, I said '𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 3 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴.' 1. Because I love you. 2. Because what you eat is important for your brain and body. 3. If I have to cook you something at 6 or 7 AM, I want to know about the night before. ⚡️ Coach Matt PS: I help busy parents make better lunches for themselves and their kids. If you need help with this, send me a DM.

Here in the US, we're about to kick off a long July 4th holiday weekend filled with family gatherings, BBQs, fireworks, and more. 🎆 🎇 For some, though, the thought of the day brings chills or dread due to the fear of someone commenting on their body or second or third serving of food. I know, we often brush it off or sweep it under the rug. What should be a festive and joyful time often turns into barely touching the food or eating so much you make yourself sick. When you think you're making progress, it feels like you're right back where you started. Sometimes, the response is to avoid family gatherings altogether, but this only leads to isolation, obsessing over your body, and more binge episodes, leaving you feeling even worse. It’s time to stand up, set some boundaries, and empower yourself. How do you handle these situations? Have you set boundaries to protect your well-being? What are your plans for this July 4th? #july4th #bodypositivity #healthyboundaries #mindfuleating #selflove #healthylifestyle #wellnessjourney #freedomwithfood #christianwomeninbusiness #kingdombusiness #selfcare
