HRV - ever heart of it? 🫀Heart rate variability, especially in horses which are prey animals allows for them to be extremely good at calming themselves down after a stressful event. That’s why people feel so good around them. They bring the calm… BUT, they too deserve the calm to be brought to them. 👉Although they are good at calming down, just being calm doesn’t get them fully into a space where they can release stored trauma, stress and help heal physical injuries. That’s where I come in. The body and energy work sessions I’ve created transcend traditional approaches and bridge the gap between practicality and holistic equine care. My sessions with them are horse directed, allowing them to lead me to where the pain resides in order to adequately restore that area and help with overall wellness.
