I have given interviews for over 20 companies and here is my conclusion Interviews are 60% luck and 40% preparation. - For the same company, one person can get an easy ques and other can get a DP hard. - Even in behavioral, your strong behaviors need to align with interviewer’s which can be very subjective. No matter how consistent the process is, there are humans in the end taking interviews and as human , we have have our biases. Don’t take rejections personally. Move on fast to the next one. #softwareengineering #interviews

Must I respond to the question, “What is your greatest weakness” during interviews? There's no hard and fast rule requiring you to answer the question "What is your greatest weakness?" during interviews, it's a frequently asked question, and your response can offer valuable insights to the interviewer. Choosing not to answer the question might raise concerns about transparency or self-awareness. You can be a little more creative with how you answer this question, though, by talking about a challenge or area for improvement that you've actively addressed instead of concentrating on a traditional "weakness." This shows self-awareness and a dedication to both professional and personal development. TIPS 1) Employers are looking for self-awareness and personal accountability. 2) It’s good to be honest about what you’re not great at. 3) Share what you are doing to actively improve on this weakness. #interviewtips #interviewpreparation #selfawareness

I've found that in the world of job interviews, there are two common types of structured interviews: Behavioral and Situational. Behavioral Interviews dive into your past experiences and actions, aiming to understand how you've handled situations and challenges. These questions often begin with, Tell me about a time when...? Situational Interviews, on the other hand, pose hypothetical scenarios to assess your problem-solving skills and decision-making. They might start with, What would you do if...? Both approaches have their merits, and I believe the choice between them depends on the specific role and what an organization values most in a candidate. What are your thoughts on this, and which type of interview do you find more effective? #TalentAcquisition #StructuredInterviews #CareerInsights #HiringTips

Panel interviews help save time. But this only works when done right. Panel interviews should be limited to six people. Preferably all on the same level. Ask the next group to coordinate time to help move the process along. Get feedback as quickly as possible and ask that they not share feedback to reduce "group thinking". #interviewtips #panelinterviews #casemanager #utilization #qualityimprovement #globalcaremanagement
