✨ You're not failing, you're learning.✨ One acronym that has stuck with me over the years is FAIL: First Attempt In Learning. I often hear people—whether colleagues, friends, clients, or family—say, "I completely failed at xyz." But the truth is, you’re not failing—you’re learning. How can you fail at something you're doing for the first time? And even if it’s not your first go around, the circumstances may be different. Things may not have gone exactly as planned, but chances are, some parts worked out well. Instead of dwelling on what didn’t, focus on what did—and how you can build on that moving forward. Each experience is a step toward growth and success. Embrace the lessons (even the hard ones) along the way. So give yourself—and those around you—a little grace.
