Celebrating Achievements and Passion at ZEE: A Journey of Self-Promotion! As I reflect on my incredible journey at ZEE, I can't help but share the milestones that have shaped not just my professional growth but also my personal enrichment. It's time to embrace self-promotion, not just as a recognition of achievements but as a celebration of passion and commitment. 1. Migration Project Testing: Immersing myself in the extensive testing of the migration project was not just a task; it was a commitment to ensuring the seamless transition of our products. The late-night testing sessions, collaborative efforts, and overcoming challenges fueled my dedication to excellence. 2. ZEE Olympics Award: Winning the ZEE Olympics Award for creating a WOW experience for ZEE5 consumers was a testament to the collective efforts of our team. It's not just about the award; it's about the impact we make on the lives of our users. Every positive experience counts, and this recognition motivates me to keep pushing boundaries. 3. Cultural Committee and Festive Revelry: Being part of the Cultural Committee allowed me to showcase my love for singing and dancing on various festive occasions. It's more than just performances; it's about fostering a sense of community and shared joy. The harmonies and rhythms echoed not just in the celebrations but in the hearts of everyone involved. 4. Most Entertaining Person Award: Winning the title of the "Most Entertaining Person in the Product Team" was a delightful surprise. It's a reminder that bringing joy and laughter to the workplace matters. The votes received weren't just for me; they were for the spirit of positivity and connection within the team. Self-promotion is not about boasting; it's about recognizing the value we bring to the table and the positive impact we create. It's about celebrating the multifaceted individuals we are, contributing to both work and culture at ZEE. I'm grateful for the opportunities, challenges, and the incredible team at ZEE. #selfpromotion #zee #zee5

Try starting your next creative workshop with the jobs to be done framework!
Love this from McDonald's in The Philippines. They noticed that a new consumer (the cyclist) was using their restaurants in a different way and went all in to engage and embrace them, adding value to their experience. https://lnkd.in/e9aWSFFv

Happy meeting of Japanese and Germans in Berlin! I have had the honor to participate in this great #OpenMonday event hosted by Japanese-German Center Berlin | JDZB. The video shows nicely the highlights of this evening, which was perfectly organized by the JDZB team. It was great to experience the importance of intercultural communication, focusing on something other than business. ➡ Fantastic photos of World Heritage sites in Japan were exhibited and will be there for some more weeks. ➡ The Japanese movie nicely explained the extended importance of food, not just to fill your stomach, but to see it as a gift and bond your relationships. ➡ The open talk about Japanese food and its secrets was also an eye-opening event, even for those participants who are already profoundly acquainted with Japan. My primary takeaway: It is always a fantastic experience to participate in events that are off business. It's so relaxed, and this helps to understand different cultures even better. What was your last intercultural experience? #interculturalcompetence #interculturalcommunication Dr. Julia Münch
Many thanks to the more than 250 guests and participants at yesterday’s #OpenMonday - this time with a special focus on “food”. #JapaneseGermanExchange #AfterWork #GetToKnowJDZB

Let's start the year off with a success story, shall we? "Switching to Bizimply was about getting a clearer, ongoing picture instead of sticking to paper every fortnight. Honestly, it used to take us at least three full days every two weeks, with two of us working on it. Now we breeze through the whole process in just a couple of minutes." - James Newman Discover how Bizimply helped the workforce challenges faced by Freshwater Beach Holiday Park, a business with a large and dynamic team. Thanks for sharing Jack Lamacraft - love this 'Ride the Arches' idea from McDonald's in the Philippines. I love trying to deconstruct where a campaign or idea has come from and this reminds me of the 'jobs to be done' process from Harvard Business Professor, Clayton Christensen in his classic book 'The Innovator's Dilemma'. He says: “Knowing more and more about customers — is taking firms in the wrong direction. What they really need to home in on is the progress that the customer is trying to make in a given circumstance — what the customer hopes to accomplish. This is what we’ve come to call the job to be done. When we buy a product, we essentially “hire” it to help us do a job. If it does the job well, the next time we’re confronted with the same job, we tend to hire that product again. And if it does a crummy job, we “fire” it and look for an alternative.” Mcdonalds have zoomed in on the 'job to be done' - no doubt a refuel and pitstop from the food, but also a physical job to be done on the customer's bike. You can use it too. Ask: What is the job to be done? In the customer’s words, write the job to be done that causes the customer to pull the product into their life What’s the functional role of the job? What’s the emotional role of the job? Situation / context What, where, when and why did the job occur? What is the context in which the job needs to be solved? Is there a social role to the job? It's a great way to go insight-hunting, and a much better way to get a brainstorm started than 'what ideas have you got?'! #Insights #CreativeThinking #Innovation #JobsToBeDone

Enjoyed this article. Not sure about the tactic of "spiking" people's drinks with sweets but it definitely helps spark a discussion! Big fan of the concluding points made by Dr Emma Davies about the need to focus more on perpetrators. I definitely agree more conversation and education is needed about consent #spiking #drinkspiking #vapespiking #foodspiking https://lnkd.in/e6yZfHW6

✈ Can CG be used to create ads for service-based companies? This is a question I recently received from a prospective client. And the answer is, Absolutely! While most service-based companies tend to go for lifestyle-oriented ads, CG can be definitely used to leverage a narrative or an idea that focuses on the services or USPs of a service-based company. While full-scale lifestyle-oriented ads are invaluable and always prioritized, social media such as Instagram, FB, and YouTube sometimes demand short-format ads that effectively communicate the services provided by a company in the limited time available. It's always interesting to explore how simple ideas or narratives can be communicated in a short time, especially using CG. #3danimation #travel Agoda #CG
✈ A commercial for Agoda! Just a fun exploration using the recently created Earth model in Blender. This is a personal project and was created based on an idea for a travel company. #3danimation #travel #earth #blender
