Happy #InternationalDogDay from everyone at EASE!
This week's #SpotlightStorEASE features our furry stars, Norman and Poppy. These two love to travel just as much as their mom, Abbi Failla, our VP of Business Operations.
At EASE, we believe in a dog-friendly environment, and our four-legged friends make our workdays brighter.
Celebrate with us and wish Norman, Poppy, and your favorite pup a happy #DogDay!

Tried to get ahold of HR or some form of management for a month. I saw the listing on Craiglist and indeed for an open position and never got through to anyone. Hope things are better now.
This is your reminder that you're never too old for an Easter Egg hunt. 🐰 Some of the ATYPs channeled their inner children this morning and the hunt did not disappoint! We do an Easter Egg hunt every year at ATYPICAL and honestly, it's one of the highlights of my year. Do you have any office traditions/rituals that you do?

Sentences like “All dogs are smart” and “No dogs are smart” are contraries. Both of the contraries might be false, so we can’t conclude that one contrary is true from the fact that the other contrary is false. Sentences like “All dogs are smart” and “Not all dogs are smart” are contradictories. One of them has to be true, so from the fact that one of them is false, we can conclude that the other is true. #FactFriday
Did you know that January is Walk Your Dog month? 🐶
As a fully remote team, taking our canine friends for a walk gives us a well-needed breath of fresh air and a mental reset.
After all, the times when you’re away from your desk and letting your mind wander are often when the best ideas strike (despite the cold!) ❄️

THEIR DOGS HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES
When you have sixteen dogs, you’re surrounded by love every single day.
But with that much love comes a wide range of personalities, quirks, and challenges.
Each dog is unique in their own way—some are full of energy, while others need a little more time to trust.
Some have histories that make them anxious or shy, while others are bold and brave.
Just like any big family, you see those differences in demeanor every day, and you learn to embrace them.
And here’s the truth—having challenges isn’t a bad thing. In fact, it’s part of what makes being a family so beautiful.
Even when the issues are serious—whether it’s a dog who struggles with anxiety, one who needs extra care due to an injury, or another that finds it hard to trust—what matters most is how we come together.
We lean on each other’s strengths, offering a shoulder (or paw) to lean on when things get tough.
This isn’t just a story about dogs; it’s a reflection of life itself.
We all carry our own burdens, our struggles, our scars.
But it’s through facing these challenges, together, that we grow stronger. We learn resilience, patience, and the value of unconditional love.
And what we overcome shapes us, builds our character, and makes us who we are.

From a venue’s perspective, allowing a service dog in a crowded, high-energy environment carries its own set of challenges. There’s always a level of liability when ensuring the safety of both patrons and the service animal—especially when it's difficult to track in a packed space. It’s not just about following ADA laws but also about managing the potential risks involved.
If you have any questions or concerns about navigating service dogs at your venue—whether it’s preventing incidents with undertrained animals or protecting your business from discrimination lawsuits—don’t hesitate to reach out. The right approach can keep your insurance intact and avoid escalation involving the police. Let’s create safe and inclusive experiences for everyone!

Navigating a sold-out, standing-room-only concert with a service dog can be incredibly stressful for both the handler and the pup. In crowded spaces, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, but thanks to the amazing staff at Piedmont Hall in Greensboro, we had a completely different experience. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and, most importantly, kept the dog safe throughout the Teddy Swims concert.
Their attention to detail, respect, and care made all the difference. It’s moments like these that remind me how small acts of kindness can have such a big impact. Huge thank you to the Piedmont Hall team for understanding the importance of service dogs and making sure everyone enjoys the moment together! #InclusionMatters#ServiceDogAwareness#Gratitude#TeddySwims#PiedmontHallGreensboro
If you have a dog, chances are you know how hard this day can be for so many of our furriest family. With that in mind, here's a helpful relaxation tip from our founder, Kelly Ison#4thofjuly#dogtips#dogtreats
