🌟 Exciting News for Bay Area Faith-Based Organizations! 🌟 Applications are open until July 31st for the Faith and Housing Program! 🏠✨ Who Should Apply: Faith-based and community-based organizations in the 9-County Bay Area (Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma) with land and a vision for affordable housing. How to Apply: Email your completed application and supporting documents to BALISC@lisc.org with the subject line “Faith and Housing”. What The Program Offers: Learning Lab: Gain technical knowledge, connect with peers, and access monthly office hours for personalized advice. Intensive Technical Support: Receive one year of individualized assistance to help your organization assess feasibility, choose a development partner, and move forward with your project. LISC will support you with resources for predevelopment activities and a tailored workplan. Graduate Support: After completing the intensive support year, continue to benefit from ongoing advising, participation in Learning Labs, and eligibility for additional resources, including forgivable loans up to $150,000.
