These are the kinds of posts that make you wonder about the risks involved. Requirements say: Own car is "Essential." but the CTC is R19000 with ZERO% on benefits, what is the total salary after Tax? R18 734?? You pay petrol per month for R2000 at least that's R16K you pay for the car that you are suppose to own's insurance? Between R1.5 and R1000 what does that leave you with? R1500 Rent and other expenses like food, electricity, and the likes there? R9000 R6000, medical aid and life cover? R3000 to R4000 And you have what to give back home or save for yourself? R2000.....So the actual pay here is R2000 hopefully you don't have to pay for the car you are driving and it's your father's or you did a full pay from your last job. ~ what are we doing here?

My early jobs weren't glamorous, but each one taught me something: ⛺ Camp Counsellor: Be kind to everyone. Gatekeeping helps nobody, least of all yourself. 🎸 Pawn Shop Cashier: Being organized is an investment in your own sanity. Invest early and often. ⛏️ Landscaper: People will always want the job done fast AND cheap AND right. Deliver at least two, but strive for all three. 👩⚖️ Court Reporter: Learn to love listening. Curiosity is an asset. (Also, insurance fraud 'aint worth it.) 🤝 Account Manager: Make people feel heard. It's a gift with no cost. ✍️ Content Writer: Omit needless words. 🙌 Agency Co-Founder: Don't try to be everything to everyone. Be the best at one thing, then go hard. 🙌🙌 Agency Co-Founder (Again): Nothing is worth more than getting to do good work with good people. #Careers #Jobs #EmotionalIntelligence #Health #Happiness

🌱 Embracing the Power of Passion and Heart 🌱 In today’s fast-paced world, we often equate success with formal education and years of experience. However, there are many professions where sincerity, passion, and a willingness to learn can shine even brighter than traditional qualifications. Think of a gardener. They don’t need a degree to cultivate a beautiful garden; what they need is an open heart and a genuine passion for nurturing life. With their hands in the soil, they learn about each plant’s needs through experience, observation, and love. Each seed they plant is a testament to their dedication, and every bloom is a reflection of their care. Similarly, in many careers—be it in sales, admin support, management, customer service, or the arts—success often springs from the same fertile ground. Those who approach their work with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow can achieve remarkable results, regardless of their academic background. Let’s celebrate those who dare to embrace new challenges, who lead with their hearts, and who are committed to continuous learning. After all, passion can often outshine any diploma. 🌟 #SOMALI,SWAHILI LINQUIST#ACCOUNTANT#QA#ADMIN#HUMANITARIN SUPPORT
