The Environment Agency are asking landowners, businesses and members on the public to report any suspiciously located plastic-wrapped bales that are unlikely to be silage or hay stored by farmers or equestrian facilities. An investigation has identified large-scale, organised deposits of waste across counties including Lincolnshire. Bales of waste were found in coloured plastic wrap disguised as farming bales.
