Does your environmental team have the “stuff everywhere problem”? It looks like this: → Data for air emissions or water sampling in spreadsheets → Paper forms at the facility → “EHS software” that’s really just a compliance calendar It sounds harmless to run your environmental program like that. And it’s cheap, right? But here’s where you’re going to pay You’re hiring an environmental team for menial admin work that could be automated (driving to sites, shooting out reminder emails, scanning documents, production data entry, etc.) You’ve got no visibility about problem areas that can turn into NOVs and/or penalties That’s not even mentioning the time that operations and production teams are wasting working out of five different tools. Your job as an environmental leader is to reduce risk. And if you can do it on a dime, even better. With stuff everywhere, it’s hard to do either. You’re missing risk areas. And you’re overspending on it, too.

Is LA the new Houston? Employment drivers: -- Petroleum engineering is, unsurprisingly, Houston's most concentrated office employment sector. Petro engineers are 13x more likely to be in Houston vs. the average U.S. city. These jobs are down meaningfully since oil and gas peaked in 2015. -- Entertainment agents are, unsurprisingly, LA's most concentrated office employment sector. Agents are 10x more likely to be in LA vs. the average U.S. city. These jobs are down meaningfully since Covid and, unlike energy, the pace of change is accelerating thanks to AI. Downtown office occupancy: -- Since 2008, CBD Houston's office occupancy has fallen from 90% to 76%. The prospects are dim, and sustainable capital interest is non-existent. -- Since 2008, Downtown LA's office occupancy has fallen from 91% to 80%.
