The market seems hot for all insurance and financial services! But…….not a lot of business to business, or medical business tech sales. I miss the old days where you applied. They looked you up and down, said ah what hell. You got one month to show me you can do this job or your out. These days it’s all about, entry level but you need 3-5 years experience. Well that’s not entry level the associate level. When did gatekeeping with entry level start. Gatekeeping is probably the worst thing you can do as a company.
