Meet Ariana Rogers-Smith, a microfiber technician turned innovation process manager at Eastman. Ariana's passion for STEM was sparked by her family's long lineage of nurses. Her passion for innovation and helping people led her to contribute to the development of Naia™ cellulosic fibers. Now, as an innovation manager, Ariana uses her expertise to manage the pipeline of new products and projects to help more people in a different way.
