Tuesday Tips: 📣 📣 When siting hotel venues for your meetings.. here are a few things to consider: * Get the proposal in hand while onsite to go over any specific needs and questions on the spot. * If your seating style for the main room or breakout is "unique or non traditional", ask for it to be set up while onsite (depending on availability) * Stay overnight... this allows you to understand the area at night, rush hour, etc. and check out what's in the area that could be used for an offsite experience * If your meetings requires catering onsite, ask for tastings, be it lunch, breakfast or a snack, and see what the back of the house looks like :) If you do not have a Partner to assist you with your conferences, meetings, and offsites .
