When I started Monobrow I really wanted creative and strategy to be more accessible to all sizes and types of business. There's a perception that creative and strategy is only really for big business, big brands, and big budgets. And when you read the trade press, every indie seems to have cracked their own version of 'changing the agency model'. But after two years, I've realised that having just one new agency model isn't enough. Because when I've spoken to different clients, regardless of their size, they all need something different. And what they need one week is different from the next, so you have to be flexible. You need to be model-fluid. So Monobrow has a lot of models. I feel like we're constantly creating new ones based on what our clients are looking for. And we create new ones again based on their individual projects or tasks. It's exciting, to not be rigid and fixed, but to listen and find a way to help clients that also works for us. Sometimes we've set up clients with a whole project team. Other times they've only needed access to one or two people with the specialist skills to get the job done. And then we've got clients who've just needed an extra set of hands to help carry the load for a little while. We tell people we're like the Uber of advertising. You tell us where you need to go and we'll work out the best and most efficient way to get you there. Whatever get us a five-star rating ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I have been reviewing these messages/updates daily for a few years now on FeelingBetterNow. Not sure who creates them, but they are excellent! Catchy, quick useful tips and wellness reminders. Could FBN messages, like this one on FBN, be downloaded on your intranet daily and provide a workplace wellness tip for you and / or your employees? WHY?? BECAUSE … Unionized management annual performance evaluations, required to determine your annual incentive (i.e, 1-3%) include a personal planner. These messages would fulfill the DAE, leadership/mentoring, wellness activity, etc. on that planner. I wonder if FBN has the capability to provide these tips/videos if you utilize their app ?
