You say; "He is a boy, he is safe and can be left with anybody" "Boys are okay and can always find their way around things" "Why stress yourself over them? Sexual abuse is with the girls alone" "How can you even think that a boy can be abused sexually?" False! False! False! Our society has been wrapped with these lies and many more. Little wonder, many boys are left unguarded and it ends up becoming a problem. Why the carelessness with boys? Why the believe they will always find their way around things? These limiting beliefs and lies must be dismantled urgently. We must begin to intentionally equip our boys with skills and knowledge to live positive and productive lives. We cannot continue to have expectations over boys we've not trained to live right. Our Boys Sex Education training holds this Sunday. Register and get everyone who needs to be a part of this to also register. We must equip our boys too. Transforming minds and businesses through the power of words | I craft content that resonates with your target audience and drive sales | Data Scientist | Graduate Student at Chulalongkorn University
𝙒𝙝𝙮 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨? This is a question I ask myself regularly, especially since I embarked on the journey to reach 50 schools this year. Yesterday, I heard something that gave me my answer but it broke me down to tears also.🥺 A student in one of the schools I visited last term ran away from home. This happened after the principal and I planned my second visit this term, but this time to speak on Sex Education. Surely she must have been seeing signs that the girls needed that conversation and she trusted me to handle it... just by seeing me speak the first time. I broke down in tears because I couldn't help but wonder, if maybe, there'd have been a slight change if we had the conversation earlier.😞 This was the 18th school I visited...a place I never would have reached if I didn't set a target to reach 50 schools. Sometimes it's hard measuring the impact of activities like this, but definitely there is. And this is the same impact I plan to make with our debate competition coming up in 3 days time... We never know who it'll encourage, inspire or change. If you'd like to be part of this, please send a DM. If you're also doing something of impact, especially to the younger generation, please do not give up. We're cheering you on. ----- It's Friday!! What are your plans for the weekend?🥰 #20daylinkedinchallengewithhaoma with Haoma Worgwu #students #education #debate

A piece of useful advice for parents." dear parents: 1.Warn your son or daughter not to sit on anyone's lap, no matter who it is. 2.Never change your clothes in front of children older than two years of age. 3.Don't let your child go to someone's house alone. 4 watch the cartoons first. Today many of these series contain pornographic content. 5.Never allow your son or daughter to be jokingly referred to as someone's wife or husband. 6.Whenever kids go out with their friends, find out what kind of games they play. You know what I mean. 7 you have to give them sex education, otherwise they will get useless information from the wrong place. 8.Parental controls should always be set on the network your child accesses. 9.Keep checking your child's browsing history from time to time. 10. Never watch romantic movies, dramas, or songs in front of kids as they might stimulate them at an early age. 11. Never let your child go shopping alone. When it comes to interaction with others, be them friends or romantic partners, autistic people face challenges including: a. How to express one's thoughts. 💬 b. Lack of confidence in communicating with the opposite sex. 🚻 c. Difficulties in understanding the partner's emotional needs. 😔❤️ It is great that the Hong Kong Family Planning Association and Wan Ji Christian Service have lately worked together to publish a toolkit for autistic teens to make friends. While the toolkit is named sex education materials, let's remember that respect is the cornerstone of interaction among human beings. 🤝🌟 Checking the content, I find it useful since we can learn more about what it means to appropriately share in different settings. Let's hope that the toolkit will be published in English soon. 🤞📚 Toolkit: https://lnkd.in/gNxc6N5y News: https://lnkd.in/gT2cMbBv Ava Chan Dr. Amber Perymon - Evans, Psy.D. Florence Sai Wing C. “Pune girl realizes she was assaulted during 'good touch-bad touch' session in school” This headline from a recent news report highlights a deeply concerning incident! An 11-year-old girl in Khadakwasla, Pune, disclosed during a 'Good Touch, Bad Touch' workshop that she had been sexually assaulted by a 67-year-old man the previous day. The perpetrator had lured her with sweets, and her brave revelation led to his arrest. This tragic event emphasizes the critical importance of sex education for young children. Workshops like these play a crucial role in teaching children about body autonomy, personal boundaries, and the difference between safe and unsafe touches. Such education empowers children to recognize and report inappropriate behavior, which can prevent numerous crimes and safeguard vulnerable individuals. Sex education is not merely an academic subject—it is a vital tool in the fight against abuse. By providing children with the knowledge they need to stay safe and assert their rights, schools, parents, and communities can help prevent such distressing incidents and build a safer, more informed generation. #Dexes #SexEdRewritten #Education #ChildSafety #EmpowermentThroughEducation #PreventCrime
