This article by Construction Wave details Haringey Council consultation for the retrofit of over 200 properties in the Coldfall area, as part of the Housing Energy Action Plan. ECD Architects Ltd and our sister company Keegans have been commissioned for the ‘whole house’ retrofit of the properties with the aims of reducing energy bills for residents, providing warm and draught free homes, as well as reducing condensation and eliminating mould risk through a number of sustainable initiatives.
