A new work week, a new month, a new quarter, all in one day. Feels like the right time to assess the first half of the year and how goals are lining up for the second half of 2024. The right time to refocus on what Q3 milestones can be exceeded. The right time to dive into the week with purpose and passion. The right time to make the most of today. Of course, with any and all of that in mind, it’s always the right time for the Right People… #ECLARO #MondayMotivation #NewMonth #NewGoals

Designing the smartest way to optimize your time and stay in touch with your network @ trickle.ai | Product Marketing Manager
Guess what, folks? On June 25th, I'll be celebrating my 3 month anniversary at Trickle! 🎉 👉 Did you know that the three-month mark is a pretty big milestone when you start a new job? You'll begin to feel that you've understood the problem area, figured out the team dynamics, and gained confidence in your responsibilities. A little story from the trenches: I remember walking into the office on my first day, bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, full of excitement and anticipation. My dynamic duo of coworkers, Mike and Cameron, were already brainstorming ways to make the world a better place while I was still trying to figure out where the coffee machine was (not that I needed it, but Mike practically has an IV drip of the stuff). Mike, our fearless CEO, is a master of many trades 🦸♂️💥 Need an answer to a question? Mike probably has it before you're done asking. He's like a caffeinated superhero with a (mostly) great sense of humor, the kind of leader who makes you feel like you're part of something big. Cameron, on the other hand, is our resident wizard 🧙♂️🔥 No, seriously, he can make code do things I didn't even know were possible. I once saw him debug a problem so fast, I swear his keyboard started smoking. But don't let that fool you - everything has to be meticulously organized, and I half expect him to start sorting our conversations into pivot tables. Together, they've helped me navigate this exciting journey, and I couldn't ask for better partners in crime. Here's to more adventures, more breakthroughs, and more terrible jokes in team meetings (we really need to work on our stand-up routines). Thank you, Trickle, for an incredible three months. I can't wait to see what the future holds! 🚀

We’re approaching our 3rd anniversary of being employed-owned. It's been a brilliant journey, and there's not much I'd change. However, reflecting on this milestone, my thoughts take me back to the beginning: making the decision and considering when and how to tell the team. In the early stages, one of the first pieces of advice we got was not to immediately run back and tell the team once we’d made the decision. As someone who’s always believed in an honest and transparent approach I needed to hear this. In hindsight, even with this guidance, when I initially shared the news of our intention about a year before we transitioned, I could have done a better job. I told the team on the beach over pizza one summer evening. If I could go back and change anything, it would be to seek advice on how others had handled this and prepare answers to typical questions people may have had. We followed up fairly quickly with a presentation explaining in detail how it would work, what it would mean for the team, and the timing. Hindsight is a wonderful thing and now that we’re where we are, I’m keen to help others do a better job than I did. Thus, posts like these. I’m always happy to share our learnings on our Employee Ownership (EO) journey and we also have our networking event coming up in May. So please do come along if you are either an EO keen to speak to others in the same shoes, or considering the route for your business. https://lnkd.in/g_wNsCCA #EO #EmployeeOwned #EmployeeExperience

Who else is ready to tackle whatever this week throws our way? Well, here I am, celebrating my 18th work anniversary on this fine Tuesday, January 16th and if there's one thing I've learned in all these years, it's that surprises in the world of product management are as common as my mid-afternoon snack cravings. Just when you think you've got it all figured out, a curveball comes your way. Recently, I found myself smack in the middle of a crisis management sprint – a situation I certainly didn't plan for (I certainly would’ve chosen a different outfit had I known😆). But you know what? It's during these unplanned adventures that you discover the real MVPs: the team. As the legendary Bo Schembechler wisely puts it, "No man is more important than The Team. No coach is more important than The Team. The Team, The Team, The Team, and if we think that way, all of us, everything that you do, you take into consideration what effect does it have on my Team?" Working with an awesome network of teammates from various departments, we’ve tackled the challenges together and emerged stronger. So, thank you to all my teammates past, present, and future in navigating, embracing the unexpected, and always, always giving credit to the incredible team that makes it all worthwhile. #productmanagement #teamworkmakesthedreamwork #careerjourney #gratitude #workanniversary #collaboration #businesssuccess #alignment #trust #tuesdaythoughts

You and I both share a common interest; the desire for swift success whether it's in our careers or any other endeavor. But here's the unfiltered truth: success isn't a sprint, it's a challenging marathon that tests our mettle. 🌟 For the longest time, I found myself in a relentless hustle, juggling two worlds, each demanding my undivided attention. I strived for promotions, chased after bigger paychecks, and relentlessly sought to make my mark. Yet, like Moses denied entry to the promised land, I too felt the journey's weight without the ultimate reward. I felt like I was chasing shadows, moving forward without a clear sense of what was missing. I kept going until one day, I paused. I realized I desired more than the daily grind. In this journey, I've become more self-aware, understanding that success isn't just about the destination, it's the result of daily growth and actions. 🌱 Daily growth actions have become my compass. Equipped with skills and fueled by determination, I'm on a mission to make each day count, one step at a time. 🦸♂️ The pivotal shift for me? Patience. It's the newfound superpower that has reshaped my journey. I've learned that true growth is an intricate dance between progress and setbacks, and it thrives on resilience. As we come together to celebrate Customer Service Week, I see a profound connection between our professional journeys and our shared commitment to fostering delighted customers. In the realm of customer service, while our growth and advancement may sometimes seem distant, remember that every step forward, no matter how small, is a part of our journey to success and contributes to creating those delighted customers we aim for. 🥂 So, raise a toast to yourself, to me, and a promising future. And as we embrace this weekend, don't forget to treat yourself to something special. I certainly did by taking a well-deserved break and savouring a cup of rice tea. Happy Customer Service Week. 🎉 👇 P. S: What's been your biggest lesson in the pursuit of success? Share your thoughts and experiences in the comments below. Let's inspire each other. #CustomerSuccessWeek #GrowthJourney #Resilience #HappyWeekend #Moniepoint #CareerSuccess #CustomerService

I will be forever grateful for the improv skills I gained while working at Year Up. We all face a constant barrage of choices in our professional lives. And let's be honest, sometimes saying "no" is the easiest option. Lately, I have been focusing on an approach that has the potential to foster collaboration and spark creativity. It's the improv principle of "Yes, AND...". This simple phrase can improve your team dynamics by: Instead of shutting down suggestions, "Yes, AND..." allows you to acknowledge the initial thought and add your own or allows you the space to clarify your concerns. This creates a sense of empowerment and encourages participation. By "Yes, AND...:ing" each other's ideas, you open pathways to solutions you might not have considered individually. This leads to innovative and richer outcomes.

New day, new week, new month... I set myself 17 goals at the start of the year. Some easy and some difficult. 6 months in and I've achieved 4 so far. That's just 23%. BUT, It's 23% better than 0. It's improvement and that's what is important. One day at a time. Wishing you all a successful month ahead #newmonth #newopportunities #continuedgrowth

Here is the best way to start a new month Happy new month to you all. I hope that the new month comes with all the results you desire. Did I hear a solemn "amen"?😏 Remember that declarations does not take the place of hardwork and discipline. Remember that the "highest act of Faith is work"~Myles Munroe So next time you say "happy new month", ask yourself these questions: * How far have I gone with my goals for the year? * What have I done within the last one month to get the results I want? * What are the structures I'm putting in place to help me? * Are there better ways to get work done? REVIEW, STRATEGIZE, WORK!!! Have a wonderful day!!! #newmonth #personaldevelopmentjourney #personaldevelopment
