It is difficult to predict the future market, Sensex has made a new high of 75,636.50. Investors are confused, they are not sure whether to stay invested or to exit. The answer is simple - understand the PE ratio. Though the sensex trading high with small rallies the current PE ratio is 24.2. Generally PE ratio between 14-25 is considered as good to buy or stay. If it's more than that it's considered as costly. But for a long term investor market volatility should not be a concern #volatility #peratio #sensex

Last week, I had the opportunity to present Piab Group at Investor AB's Capital Markets Day. It was an online event featuring CEO Johan Forssell together with CFO Helena Saxon. Besides the business update and the big news and interview around Christian Cederholm taking over after Johan Forsell as the CEO of Investor AB, four companies were given the opportunity to present their businesses: Mölnycke, Laborie, Advanced Instruments, and Piab Group.    This was my first CMD with Investor and the first time we talked externally about Piab Group's new “Strategy 2027”, which will lay the foundation for our decisions during the coming years. Piab Group is an industrial tech company that has during the last five years under Patricia Industries ownership experienced fast growth, CAGR of 20%. Looking forward we aim at double digit organic growth, what will make this possible is a combination of our world leading technology and working in an industry, Industrial Automation, growing with 7-10% per year. In addition, we look at complementing this growth with strategic M&A to build a long term world leading company in industrial automation.
