About three weeks ago I made a career change, beginning my journey in the world of tech sales as an ADR with MongoDB. Having no experience in the software space, I was originally intimidated and really had no idea where to start. Thankfully, through some research, I found MongoDB and was immediately enthralled by the company culture, product market fit, and total scope of what they have accomplished & their outlook as the world of technology is constantly evolving. Through three weeks I've been more than impressed by their commitment to & investment in #careerdevelopment. The onboarding process is highly interactive, with no shortcuts and helps new reps with very diverse professional backgrounds to feel prepared to launch. In April we'll be heading to Dublin for a week to complete our sales ramp, and prepare to dive in. Another piece of news I'm excited to share, MongoDB is still growing, and are #hiringnow. Misdiagnoses have consequences. You don't get it! I was shocked to hear that they reported to you that I'm not sick, and you believed them without seeking a second opinion. Should this be considered to be an isolated incident caused by human error or is it business as usual? Don't we deserve better?
