👩🏭Yesterday marked the end of my internship at Air Liquide✨ During my nearly six-month tenure as a digital marketing intern, I assisted my team in planning and coordinating the digital marketing transformation across 12 countries in the Asia-Pacific region. This experience opened my eye for gas industry and deepen my insight into collaborative operations within a global organization. I would like to express my deep grateful to my supervisor, Tina He Xiao and my colleague Renee Schellekens for their patient guidance and selfless support. Tina always sharing learning opportunities to me outside of work, showing me how one should continuously refine their expertise and remain open-minded in pursuit of leveling up. I also want to appreciate the inclusive, open, and continuously learning team culture fostered by the fantastic IM ROC Markets team: Elena Wong, Caren Quek, Tan, Quentin Mignucci , Roderick Ler, Eiichi MIZUTANI -san, and Kenneth K., I have always benefited from your sharings and supports. My contract at Soduma Logistics has come to an end. Although the sound of this may not be appealing, the skills I have gained through this internship are remarkable. Through this internship, I acquired more than I envisioned I would. I came to realize that one's capabilities are not solely defined by the degree one holds, but rather by the depth of skills and passion one possesses. Previously, proficiency with tools like Excel wasn't within my self-proclaimed expertise. Excel is one of the Microsoft tools I was limited to using, but I am glad to have the chance to realize that I don't need a degree to be able to use such tools. Discovering the opportunity at Soduma Logistics served as a powerful reminder that with a bit of encouragement and support, even the loftiest goals become attainable. It illuminated the path forward, showcasing that a simple push can unlock a world of possibilities. To Soduma Logistics Director, William Maphanga, thank you for being an exceptional leader and for directing me with kindness and patience. Your leadership has been remarkable and has promoted growth in my career. The skills I gained through the internship (Market Research Analyst) did not only limit me to the Bachelor of Arts stream. Through this opportunity, I acquired data analysis, supply chain knowledge, industry knowledge, forecasting and planning, communication skills, project management, critical thinking, and adaptability. I get to leave with these skills and knowledge, knowing that the contract does not only come to an end but I depart with skills that I have never had. 😍

"From Intern to Professional: My Journey with ITC Limited 📈" It is very important to step up in the market and get your hands dirty. What we read in books and how the real market works is little different. My project is in ISS OUTLETS (GOLD AND PLATINUM) *Company offering some discounts for ISS outlets is conveying properly or any miscommunication is happening *Connecting with retailers *Understanding the ground level sales *Competitors analysis *promotion through end cap,Fsu,self-stick ,etc help to increase the revenue *Mainly focusing on `availability, visibility,image recognition,and promotion.. these are the main mantras for ISS outlets My simple advice is to work as much as you can, get your hands dirty, don't hesitate to ask questions.. For FMCG, I can tell you just roam and learn in the market, concentrate on fieldwork rather than having a desire to work in an office. It feels almost like a day is how fast a week looks like in corporate. I am so happy to share my first week at Nestlé as an Human Resource intern has been filled with new experiences and a lot of learning. It's truly unique to come to a space which is home to all the amazing products we love! In my interaction with multiple people across, a few key things I have realised is - (1) Know your goals - It's imperative that you know what exactly is expected in terms of key deliverables. A thorough understanding leads you to have a smooth experience with less mismatches in work (2) Understand your stakeholders - very important for presenting good work is knowing your stakeholders. In case you have multiple stakeholders, understand their priorities, and curate your work accordingly. (3) Learn as you do - A lot of things that I learnt this week were because I tried learning new skills that I was scared to try earlier because I felt I may fail at it, so it's all about trying and learning. And last but not least, to enjoy the experience, Summer internship is a great way to connect to new people and create new friendships! Afterall it's about - Good food, Good life

I recently participated in PepsiCo's virtual internship (virtual job simulation) on the Forage platform, and it was incredibly useful to understand what it might be like to participate on a Sales team at PepsiCo . I worked on a project to secure an incremental product display in a retail store. I practiced using a sales pitch and built my communication and coaching skills in a real-world context. Doing this program confirmed that I really enjoy working on stakeholder and team management... SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED MY INTERNSHIP.. TASK COMPLETED BY ME DURING THIS INTERNSHIP.. 1.)
