By redefining its facade, our goal is to transform the facade into a reflection of the vibrant and dynamic spirit of the city. In this profound renovation, we recognize the importance of a harmonious relationship with the surroundings. The design aims to create spaces that not only seamlessly blend with the neighborhood but also empower the residents to engage with their public sphere authentically and contained. Flexibility and adaptability are central principles of the design philosophy. We wish that residents have the freedom to personalize their living spaces, allowing them to add or subtract elements tailored to their specific needs and lifestyles as they see fit.
