When you have a fully booked calendar and several clients/leads looking to grab any spare openings, what you you put in place to keep yourself sharp? I'll share my pre-routine for today as I dial in to give 110% to every single meeting... 🚀 3 full cups of H2O ready on my desk 🚀 fueled up with a strong breakfast; eggs/sausage/overnight oats 🚀 430a wake-up to pre-game; meditate-journal-hit the market to grab pizza crusts to turn it all off at 7p and enjoy the kiddos 🚀 running shoes by the front door; grabbing a quick 3 at the end to reset & transition to dadtime 🚀 notes for each meeting prepped & action steps identified 🚀 kettlebell next to the desk for some quick midday swings and energy boost 🚀 pushups in-between each meeting to keep my energy high 🚀 3 monitor desk layout to keep it all organized This is my quick hit list....What would you add?! What's key to keeping you sharp through your days?
Push-ups are beyond me, but I set a timer and run in place and pump the arms while doing so. And I start the day with hot water with lime (clears the body's energy channels) or lemon (cleanses, also tonifies Yin for us Aries/fiery types who are too Yang).
Ohhhh KB next to the desk ... like that! And I've thought about pushups in between to get the blood going! Appreciate the inspo 😎
I try to cold plunge mid-day as often as possible. It's a huge energy boost and get's me through the afternoon "blah's". Love this post-it reminded me to bring my kettlebell into my office! 🙂
