In the hospitality indsutry, informing your guests of their options at your property in an easy to digest way is imperative to their overall guest satisfaction. Not to mention their enjoyment. On a recent visit to Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek at the Walt Disney World Resort, they do a great job of this with on-property marketing. Incorporating vinyl marketing collateral in their elevators (at eye level) that effectively informs their guests about their ‘Bagels & Brew’ food/beverage option. They make it easy to see their offerings with a QR code while also cross-promoting other resort activities with another QR code. #hospitalitymarketing
