3wOk this is tough and I’m still very much working on it, but here are my go to practices: 1. Schedule recurring work like client development and treat it like brushing your teeth or working out. It’s just something you have to do. 2. Ignore notifications from email, Slack, etc, for at least 1 hour daily. This is tough if you support a team, so schedule it if you need to. 3. Eat lunch! Seems simple, but I miss it all too often!
