It was a pleasure to be involved in this project, delivering the upgrade to the facade for a social housing community in Hounslow. The upgrade aimed to improve the Insulation, aesthetics, carbon performance, and living conditions. In our collaboration with United Living Group and our suppliers, we installed PermaRock Products Ltd Mineral Fibre EWI. The Seacon Group is expanding with a new three-storey office facility in Ebbsfleet, replacing their outdated space. Partnering with Marjoram Architects and Ash Contracting Ltd, Eden Facades was brought on board to handle the facade works for this impressive building overlooking the Thames. Our role included installing SFS infill walling, insulation, and rainscreen cladding. We featured Metsec SFS for its structural strength, Rockwool insulation for superior fire protection, and Equitone rainscreen cladding for its thermal efficiency and top-tier fire rating.
