Starting Jan. 3, #CLTairport will begin a 4-month construction project for the South End Around Taxiway, resulting in a permanent closure and realignment of a portion of West Boulevard (from Piney Top Dr. to Steele Creek Rd.). ⚠️ Detour Routes: Local Traffic: Use Byrum Dr. between Steele Creek Rd. & Yorkmont Rd. Local Traffic: Use Shopton Rd. between Sandy Porter Rd. & Beam Rd. Extended Traffic: Take W. Arrowood Rd. to access Sandy Porter Rd. & S. Tryon St. This work is part of the Fourth Parallel Runway Program to improve safety at CLT. Expect traffic signal installations and some delays.

Cleveland Dam | North Vancouver, BC Throwback to 2016! After weather delays forced us to pause during our first attempt, we returned the following year with renewed focus, successfully sandblasting and coating the drum gate’s top and interior with precision. For this project, two applications were required to demonstrate the permitted development rights. The design utilised the site's topography to create a two storey dwelling which usually would not be acceptable in the green belt.
