DEVELOPMENT OF THE YEAR 🏆 - Last night we were awarded 'Build-to-Rent Development of the Year' for Millers Quay, Wirral Waters at the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2025. 'The judges were impressed with how the design responds to the location. They said it has a uniqueness to the place and has sustainable credentials. The Public private partnership is unrivalled. It can be a catalyst for other schemes.' The development which consists of 500 striking new homes across six colourful towers on the waterside, has been developed by Peel Waters in partnership with funding partner, Pension Insurance Corporation plc (“PIC”), construction firm GRAHAM Group, with support from Homes England and Wirral Council - all of whom have been instrumental in its delivery.
