The results are in...... Travel Counsellors NPS score for Q1 of 2024 is a staggering 98, maintaining our position at the top of the travel industry. This is up from 2023 Q4 score of 96 (in the graphic below) If you are not familiar, NPS or Net Promoter Score is a research metric asking respondents to rate the likelihood that they would recommend a company, product, or a service to a friend or colleague. Because personal service is our main focus, our client base is growing as SME businesses are actively seeking service-orientated partners like Travel Counsellors to propel their growth.
