As an IT admin, putting out fires and struggling to justify the upgrades to avoid them can be a frustrating cycle. Without evidence & data, it’s hard to get support for decisions. This is why I built the MTIS survey. It gives IT teams the data to stay ahead—identify gaps before they become problems, know where resources are needed most, and back your decisions and requests to leadership with solid evidence. Insights include, benchmarking against similar schools, highlighting where resources and improvements are needed and reinforce where you're excelling. It’s free, open to all Australian schools and only takes a few minutes to get setup and send out to your teachers. Backed by CoET (within the Department of Education Victoria), with privacy assured – no school data shared or personal data collected. ✅ Tailored for Australian schools 📊 Clear, instant reports with growth and comparative data ⏳ Quick 3-min survey Survey window for all schools closes soon (Nov 8th) - Learn more and sign up here: https://lnkd.in/gspY9TJ3

On July 24, the Department of Education (DoEd) proposed new regulations, including a rule that prohibits asynchronous distance learning in clock-hour programs participating in Title IV financial aid. To qualify for Title IV aid under this new rule, online courses will need to meet two requirements: ➡ The courses must have instructor-initiated, regular and substantive interaction with students. ➡ Education institutions must record the last date of attendance for students who drop, withdraw, or fail an online course. To ensure continued equitable access to asynchronous distance education, we encourage all schools, students, and individuals who could be impacted by this proposed rule change to share their comments by August 23, 2024.
