Here's Why I believe that Dividends Matter: Dividends aren't just payouts; they're the heartbeat of a resilient investment strategy. At the end of the day, you need money to live. Unlike stock price appreciation, dividends offer a tangible return on investment, providing a steady income stream for investors. This consistent cash flow becomes a lifeline during market volatility, offering stability and allowing you to weather the storms. When I think about investing, I think ( asset that pays dividends and has to possibility to grow). #personalfinance #personaldevelopment #personalgrowth #finance #financialfreedom

5moAgree with a lot of this & also that with the UK market there’s sometimes a perception its populated by slow growth & low quality businesses, but as pointed out, there are global leading businesses listed in the UK, trading on attractive valuations & the returns for companies across the market really do compare with stock markets elsewhere & that includes the key European ones!!! Plus, the gap has now narrowed with Europe for GDP growth forecasts. Some good points here!
