Today, is an offsite day, using The Knowledge Exchange (TKE) at Leeds Beckett University's fantastic space. A day out of the office with Keir McCarton looking at our clients and business as we edge closer to the end of our first year. Today’s agenda: 1.    Review all our clients one by one 🔍 How is our relationship? Our performance? What are our plans for them? Is that the right plan? 2.    Discuss our commercial position and plans for 2024 💹 Where is our business growth coming from? When and what roles do we need to hire? 3.    Establish some new processes ⚖ Where we’ve felt pain points, how do we avoid them in the future? Do we have the right processes in place? Is there the right balance of flexibility and rigidity?     4.    Talk about our team and culture ✨ Do our team feel supported? Are there any training gaps? Is everyone clear on our vision? Does everyone have objectives in place and understand how they link to our vision?   5.    Christmas party plans 🎄 How can we thank our team for a great year that's inclusive for all?
