Getting ready for the last QLD P2P session this afternoon before tomorrow’s graduation in Parliament House. The speech practice session is so important. Delivering your speech out loud to actual humans helps immensely not only with polishing the language but in finding your style and calming the nerves. The more you practice, the better you’ll know the content. Then, if you: Lose your place? No drama…you know what’s next. Fluff a word? No drama…you know how to recover. Freak out? No drama…you know when the torture will end. Practice, practice, practice!
