Reflecting on last week’s annual JELD-WEN Europe leadership conference, I couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved. Organising this event was both a privilege and a responsibility, and seeing the energy, commitment, and engagement from our leaders made it all worthwhile. One of the things I love most about events like this is how they bring people together. There’s something so rewarding about creating an environment where connections are made, ideas flow, and real collaboration happens. For me, organising events like this aren't just about managing the details—it's about setting the stage for meaningful conversations that will help shape the future of our business. #TeamJWE #JWEProud
Last week, 48 leaders from JELD-WEN Europe gathered for our annual leadership conference to align on our 2025 goals and refine our European strategy. The three-day event was filled with vibrant discussions on collaboration, innovation, and embracing a customer-centric mindset, all crucial for our shared achievements. A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making this conference a success!

“True localisation demands that we invest as much—if not more—resources, time, and networking opportunities into the next generation of Global South nonprofit leaders as we have poured into their Global North counterparts. Without equity in leadership development, localisation is just rhetoric.” – Keith Kibirango, CEO, New Global Markets
