This workgroup on improving teacher working conditions is a great start! A really important part of my wellbeing as a teacher came from great curriculum. Instead of drowning in paperwork and constantly reinventing the wheel, I had solid curriculum, done-for-me entrance and exit tickets. The result? I got to focus on my kids, not my handouts. Let’s never forget the importance of good curriculum in reducing teacher stress. https://lnkd.in/gC_QW2DA
