Behind a bright mind, there's always a hard-working mentor! Are we right or are we right? 💯 No matter how hard the situation is and how tough it gets, a mentor, a teacher or a guru will never turn his or her back on us. They will always believe in us, always have our back and will never make us feel inferior in this world. Such are our teachers and we can't thank them enough. 💖 "My students are my strength and they have always been. It's my honour to teach them and to learn from them too. With my students, I grow every day!" --Rohan Chopra (CPA,CMA) & TEDx Speaker EduMont Classes would like to wish all the incredible mentors out there, a very Happy Teachers' Day!🎉 #EduMontClasses #TeachersDay #Mentors #Guru #5thSeptember #ThursdayThoughts #Career #achievements #successstory

Kya Aapki life mein bhi koi Jeetu Bhaiya hai?🧑🎓 Whenever I watch this series, it fills me with motivation. Jeetu Bhaiya’s role as a mentor is incredibly inspiring. It also reminds me of my school days, when one of my teachers played a similar role for me. He guided me at every step of my career journey, and his faith in me was immensely motivating. He consistently encouraged me and pushed me to strive for better. Even beyond school, during my college years, I had a professor who provided invaluable guidance on what to do and what not to do in the future. Having a mentor at different stages of life is crucial because, sometimes, you might feel lost in this competitive environment. A mentor helps show you the right path. I believe this isn’t just my experience; many people feel a renewed sense of motivation and energy after watching this series. It’s important to have a mentor like Jeetu Bhaiya. 🌻In a world where it's easy to focus on what’s going wrong, I choose to be the teacher who sees the light in every student, even when others see trouble. 👍 Each challenge is a hidden opportunity, and every struggle is a chance for growth. It's not about seeing what's wrong but about nurturing potential and guiding students to their best selves. 🌈Let’s be the mentors who recognize and cultivate the spark in our students, turning obstacles into stepping stones and troubles into triumphs. #Education #Mentorship #StudentSuccess #GrowthMindset #educator #teacher

Why do you need mentoring? I understand the way of self-improvement and self-development, setting time-bound and achievable goals, but experience is still the best teacher. It is not usually how far, but how well. People who have walked that path before will let you know the loopholes on the way and how to maneuver. God uses men to make men; no one is a fountain of knowledge; even the Messiah underwent some training/mentoring; he was baptised by John before he started ministry. There’s how to do and how not to do every task ahead of you. Be humble and reach out to people that can be helpful to your career goals and objectives. It’s not enough to admire their profile; apply for mentorship so you’ll know what you’re probably not doing right. Think about this when you’re less busy, try this and thank me later. Peace ✌🏽 Let’s connect, I’m Bukunmi Makanjuola a professional food scientist and a talented fine artist 👨🎨 #mentor #mentoship #career #growth #experience #task #application #foodquality #foodsafety #advice

On matters of mentorship, know that it cannot be forced. No matter the leading, it is still the choice of the mentor to accept or not to accept. On the other hand, if you are not accepted, please save yourself from the embarrassment of hanging around. You'll be considered a nuisance when you hang around people who have reservations concerning you, and please don't blame them. Human beings are just like beans 😂. Take a glass of water, swallow the disappointment, and stretch yourself into a better version. There's a version of you that, when you become, you won't be going around DMS looking for mentorship. If you see someone you admire and have the opportunity to request for mentorship, please go ahead and do so, but don't shut down your whole beautiful life because the person rejected you. It is a choice, a choice that cannot be forced. A choice that happens after deliberate considerations, which you may or may not fit into. Also, when you enroll for their courses, it doesn't make them your mentor. You are just a student. Please rest in Jesus' Precious Name. There are those whose hearts are genuinely in need of mentorship from those whose hearts have been so broken that they can't see how genuine you are, or even those who don't have the time to give in the commitment required. All you have to do is grow into it. One day the one born at the dunghill and the one born in the place will meet at the same table. Grow, because you can! ©️ Lilian Nebai #waitingwomennetwork #deborahacademy #lilianwrites

What defines my role as a mentor? If I were to pinpoint one crucial factor, it would undoubtedly be the art of nurturing individuality. As a college counsellor, there exists no universal remedy or standard procedure to lean on. It's about diving into the distinctiveness that each person brings to the table. Each student I engage with arrives with a unique set of aspirations, skills, and goals. While some may radiate brilliance effortlessly, others may require a gentle nudge to unveil their inner potential. Yet, amidst the diversity of their journeys, one truth persists—the indispensable need for genuine care and empathy. As a mentor, my dedication lies in finding the capabilities of every student. While their trajectories may vary, steering them toward a future where they can grow and shine brightly remains the ultimate motive. #education #collegecounseling #studentsuccess #mentor #empathy #growth

𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 For years, I’ve been profoundly inspired by the role of teachers as guides and mentors. This belief has been a cornerstone of my own journey, reflecting the power of passionate teaching. 📚✨ It’s not just about imparting knowledge; it’s about lighting the path, nurturing dreams, and transforming potential into achievement. Teachers aren’t just educators—they are the guiding stars who illuminate the journey to success. 🌟🛤️ Perhaps I didn’t fully grasp the depth of this role until now. 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞, 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲. Most of us live a privileged life without even realising it. A healthy body, sound mind, good education provided by our parents, a stable well earning job and many more such things which we just take for granted. A lot of us did not and do not have these privileges and hence do not get an equal opportunity to succeed in life. Mentorship is one of the ways by which we can pass this privilege forward. By guiding a lost soul, by helping someone who doesn't know better, by telling the not so obvious tricks of the trade to someone who didn't have the opportunity to learn them. By being a mentor to someone we can help level the playing field for them and help them get ahead in life in a decent frame of time. Don't be shy to pass on what you've learned. You never know whose life it can change. #mentor #mentorship #experiencesharing #lifeexperience #fml #followmylead #growth #growthmindset

Lessons beyond words You’ve likely heard the phrase, “practice makes perfect,” but have you ever considered its deeper meaning?🤔 It teaches us that true understanding comes from experience, not just words. Think back to childhood—how many times did advice go unheard until you experienced it yourself?👀 Mentors are essential in life, not just in school. A mentor’s wisdom comes from walking the path we’ve yet to tread, making mistakes, and learning from them. When they share their experiences, they give us the opportunity to avoid those same pitfalls. I’ve been fortunate to have mentors who guided me through life, helping me grow and avoid missteps. Their advice wasn’t just empty words—it shaped who I am today. My advice? Never disregard the wisdom of those who have been there before you. Their lessons are priceless.👍 #mentors #experience
